The BVI is waiting for you to discover this paradise. The BVI is comprised of a chain of sixty islands, cays and islets, located 60 miles east of Puerto Rico. The main islands are Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke and Anegada, but there is much more to explore. You can find more details under the section islands. The BVI is a crown colony of the United Kingdom but uses US currency. A passport is required to travel to the British Virgin Islands.
Anegada

I have just reserved a hammock on the sparkle white sandy beach of Anegada for you. Anegada the only coral island in the BVI, located about 20 miles northest of Tortola. Its the haven for beach lovers. This island is surrounding by many reefs and shipwrecks and countless exotic fish and marine, which make a great place to dive and snorkel. There are miles of white sandy beaches where chances are that you won’t see another footstep on the sand. Relax over a bottle of wine and our famous lobster dinner.
Jost Van Dyke

Not like any other island, Jost Van Dkye is that islands where you can sit on the beach with that Rum punch in one hand and have a good book in the other and forget about everything else. Can’t you see yourself doing that! After that exhausting day at the beach enjoy a Surf 'n' Turf dinner as you watch the sun disappear.
Virgin Gorda

The beautiful, beloved by all in all different walks of life this innocence island is sure an exceptional island. Take pleasure at many of the deserted beaches that fringe the island for example Savannah Bay, Handsome Bay and Big Trunk Bay. There are many other activities to explore like the Baths, where there huge boulders seem to have been arranged by a playful giant to provide a countless rock pools, secret beaches and trails. Sit back and relax at the hillsides restaurant as you watch the ferries cross the ocean below. Although Virgin Gorda is the third largest island of the BVI it brings it own uniqueness that leaves you want to linger than you expected.

The Virgin Islands is that place you can travel to where you can feel like home. The USVI is under American governance, with a distinctly Caribbean feeling, from its beautiful tropical scenery to the laid-back attitude of its friendly locals. The USVI thrives on an array of things to eat, see, and do as diverse as its people, many of whom can claim a mix of African, Danish, East Indian, and Spanish ancestry. Rich in history, culture, and natural beauty, USVI is an idyllic paradise waiting to be explored.
